Hypothesis
Mitchell Intl. partnered with an OEM (original equipment manufacturer) client to help them set up and maintain an exclusive network of repair shops that were deemed OEM certified. This would help repair shops attract more business and help the OEM ensure that their vehicles were being repaired safely and accurately.
What I Did
The first step was to design a responsive web application so that repair shops could prove that they have the proper facilities, training, and certifications to qualify into this network. Collaborating with PMs, we created user flows to integrate the OEM and Mitchell interfaces into one seamless experience. I designed the application to follow the realistic, non-linear flow that repair shops could take when reporting their qualifications, which was presented to stakeholders just before my time at Mitchell Intl. had ended.
